プライバシーポリシー
kinokoapps(以下「運営者」)は、スマートフォンアプリおよびブラウザ版の「謎解きUNKINOKO」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは会員登録を必要とせず、遊ぶだけであれば氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの連絡先情報は取得しません。本アプリの利用にともない、次の情報が取得されます。
- 広告に関する情報: スマートフォンアプリでは Google AdMob、ブラウザ版では Google AdSense が、広告の配信のために端末情報・広告識別子・Cookie などを取得します。取り扱いは Google のポリシーに従います。
- アクセスの記録: 本アプリはゲームの画面と画像を運営者のサーバー(Netlify)から読み込みます。その際、IP アドレス・ブラウザやアプリの種類・アクセス日時などがサーバーの記録として残ります。
- 購入に関する情報(ブラウザ版で購入した場合のみ): 追加ステージの購入は決済代行の Stripe を通じて行い、カード情報は Stripe が取り扱います。運営者は、購入を確認・復元するために、購入時のメールアドレスと購入の記録を保存します。
進み具合、クリアタイム、開いたヒント、解放したステージは端末の中だけに保存され、運営者へは送信されません。アプリを削除したり、ブラウザのデータを消去したりすると、これらは消えます。
本アプリは、利用状況の統計を取るための解析ツールを使用していません。
2. 利用目的
- ゲームを表示し、遊べるようにするため
- 広告の表示のため
- 購入の確認・復元と、お問い合わせへの対応のため
- 不正なアクセスへの対応のため
3. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。購入の記録は、運営者が管理する Netlify のストレージに保存されます。
4. 広告
スマートフォンアプリは Google AdMob による広告を、ブラウザ版は Google AdSense による広告を表示します。一部の追加ステージは、広告(動画)を最後まで見ると遊べるようになります。ブラウザ版でのパーソナライズ広告は、Google の広告設定から無効にできます。
5. 対象年齢
本アプリはどなたでも遊べます。13歳未満の方は、保護者の方の同意のうえでご利用ください。ブラウザ版での購入は、保護者の方が行ってください。

Privacy Policy
This policy describes how kinokoapps ("we") handles information in the UNKINOKO smartphone app and browser version ("the app").
1. Information we collect
No account is required, and simply playing does not involve collecting contact information such as names, email addresses or phone numbers.
- Advertising: To serve ads, Google AdMob (smartphone app) and Google AdSense (browser version) collect device information, advertising identifiers and cookies, under Google's policies.
- Access logs: The app loads game screens and images from our server (Netlify), which records IP addresses, browser or app type and access times.
- Purchases (browser version only): Extra stages are purchased through Stripe, which handles your card details. We store the email address and purchase record to verify and restore purchases.
Your progress, clear times, opened hints and unlocked stages are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. They are removed if you delete the app or clear your browser data.
The app does not use analytics tools to collect usage statistics.
2. Purposes
To display the game, to show ads, to verify and restore purchases and respond to inquiries, and to deal with unauthorized access.
3. Third parties
We do not share collected information with third parties except as required by law. Purchase records are stored in Netlify storage, which we manage.
4. Advertising
The smartphone app shows ads by Google AdMob and the browser version shows ads by Google AdSense. Some extra stages are unlocked by watching a video ad to the end. You can turn off personalized ads in the browser version from Google Ad Settings.
5. Age
Anyone can play. Users under 13 should use the app with a parent's consent. Purchases in the browser version should be made by a parent or guardian.
